Build your feminine confidence in this two hour intensive ritual, ceremony and prayer movement practice. Come ready to explore and dive deep within through movement and intention. This class is an eclectic combination of yoga, mudra, flexibility and strengthening exercises and journal practices to help you develop your own Goddess Movement and body awareness. Journal and affirmation exercises set the foundation for heart-centered movement to unlock your chakra centers. The strengthening and flexibility work empowers you to move freely from a space of feminine awareness. We move and flow to a fun playlist dedicated to taking you through various feminine archetypes. By the end of the class you come away with a vocabulary of new moves, mudras, chakra specific exercises and a fun choreography that puts these pieces together.

About Vaidehi Amair
Vaidehi Amair is a lifetime yogi and kirtaniyah. Born in Caracas, Venezuela in a Bhakti Yoga Ashram, she has interacted with the ancient practice of Bhakti Yoga since she was a child, assimilating the wisdom from this early stage of life. She grew up in the Santa Cruz mountains amongst saintly personalities, people from all walks of life and her Guru, from whom she learned the principles of Bhakti and the practice of kirtan. Her time spent living in India brought her to the realization that she is meant to share these spiritual and cultural truths with the world through multimedia, yoga movement and her voice. She currently lives in California where she hosts the Goddess Moon Temple, a community of women dedicated to self empowerment and spiritual practice. As an aerial dance champion, she also teaches Vinyasa Yoga, BUTI Yoga and her Goddess Flow movement classes at festivals, local venues, online and from her home. Vaidehi also leads cacao ceremonies, pranayama breath work, and interactive mantra classes at festivals and community gatherings. Guided with the intention of service, her vision is to inspire everyone’s innate connection with the divine through song, dance, music and spiritual practice.
