About Erica Carin
Erica Carin is an impassioned young woman who is dedicated to living a life of authenticity and motivating others to do the same. She is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor (Intern, 600+ hours) and a Living Meditation Student (200+ hours).
Erica has done 600+ hours of studying at the California College of Ayurveda in order to become an Ayurvedic Health Counselor Intern. She is currently undertaking another 600 hours as an intern to complete her training. Ayurveda is a holistic healing science that has been practiced in India for over 5,000 years. Ayurveda focuses on the mind-body-spirit connection and emphasizes the unique nature of each individual. Throughout her training Erica has learned how to help guide others to understand their personal needs and regain balance in their lives through diet, sensory therapies, and daily lifestyle practices.
Erica is currently undertaking 200+ hours of training with Living Meditation Inc. Living Meditation is a blend of meditation practices primarily rooted in the Indian mystical traditions of Yoga, Tantra, and Vedanta that have been honed and adapted to resonate with modern practitioners. Erica has learned many simple yet powerful meditation techniques focused on personal transformation and reconnecting to one’s true nature.
