Event Details

Become a qualified, effective energetic healing practitioner.

This unique course is a hands-on interactive class where students will work on each other and offer 20 1-hour sessions to individuals.

Community healing clinics will be offered with Heather’s guidance to help complete 20 hour session requirement for graduation.

In this course you will learn:

How to ground and strengthen your energetic field to safely work with clients and heal all levels of trauma
How to read the aura and work with the subtle energy bodies
How to work with each chakra to read, clear, align, balance, and strengthen
How to clear entities, thought forms, dense trauma, and soul wounds that block clients from health, joy, and their unique gifts
How to begin and end a session, pre-session interview

Lennie Olbrycht LMFT holds a Green and Blue belt in Nia and has also trained in Moving2Heal. She has taught a weekly Nia class since 2008. She is also an Inner Radiance Qigong Instructor and SoulCollage facilitator.

Her passions are photography, expressive arts, SoulCollage, somatic movement, chakra energy work, qigong, Nia, 5 Rhythms, and Mindful Meditation. Formerly from the San Francisco Bay area, Lennie relocated to Nevada City in 2017.

Sweet humor, joy, love of movement, creativity and compassion accompany her on her life’s journey.

Janet Kaufman is a First Degree Black Belt Nia Instructor in the San Francisco Bay area. She is also a metal smith and jeweler, selling her work in galleries. She is the editor of the Bay Area Nia newsletter and has been teaching up to 5 Nia classes a week since 2006.

Janet offers classes in fitness and community centers as well as leads wellness retreats. She has created and held workshops on Freedance and the Chakra System.

Her passion is assisting people of all ages and abilities to find ease in their bodies and experience the joy of movement. Through clear and compassionate facilitation she guides people to build body awareness and find the path of self-healing. Janet is a skilled and passionate teacher and brings warmth, grace, awareness and enthusiasm to any venue!

Maeve Fry invites you to a Joy-Us and sacred journey of singing, music and playful creativity. Maeve knows that everyone can sing, whether you think you can or think you can’t. Inside each of us are our own unique songs. With Maeve, you can FREE THE SINGER WITHIN!

Singing opens the heart and frees our emotions. In Maeve’s EcstaSING* workshop, you will let go of your inner critic by learning the magic of “Yes-Listening.” You will experience music in a surprisingly new way and even fall in love with the sound of your own voice. As we sing together, we will create our own unique music. And, as we sing together, polarities disappear and we will experience sacred communion.

EcstaSINGS may include Singing, Sound Play, Chakra Toning, Dance and Movement, Osho Kundalini Shaking, Sacred Silence Meditation, Free Vocal Improvisation, Simple Songs and Sound Healing.

Each workshop will be different, building on the ones before. However, all are welcome to each class, both singers and those who think they can’t sing. And, if you’ve always wanted to sing, yet are afraid you can’t, this is the workshop for you!

Please wear loose, comfy clothes. Bring your own water bottle with a secure top. Any movement or singing exercise is optional. You are always at choice!

*The word “EcstaSING” was inspired by the renowned Sufi mystic and musician, Hazrat Inayat Kahn. In his book, “Music,” he says “Sufis call Music or Singing “Masti,” or Ecstasy.” The Sufis believe that the free flying soul was so entranced by music, it finally agreed to enter the human body.

Maeve first created and facilitated EcstaSINGS in Marin, California, at the “Open Secret” Spiritual Center. She also facilitated members of the San Francisco cast of “Phantom of the Opera” with EcstaSING classes, to free their creative spirit, after so many repetitions of “Phantom.”
Maeve has been a professional singer, performer and voice teacher since 1972. She is now available for private voice lessons in Grass Valley.
She is a warm and skilled workshop leader, having created and led countless workshops in the areas of creative expression, Tantra, Chakra Toning and vocal improvisation in San Francisco and Marin, California.
She facilitates Relationship Skills workshops and private sessions as Relationship Igniters with her beloved husband, Orv, at Inner Path in Nevada City. She has also led workshops in The Queen’s Code at Inner Path in Nevada City.
Maeve Fry has been teaching voice since 1972. She ran a successful voice studio in San Francisco and Marin for over 13 years. She moved to Grass Valley with her husband, Orv (a Grass Valley native) in 1998 and taught singing in Grass Valley from 1998 to 2012, when she took a break to be a full time Relationship Coach with her husband, Orv Fry. Now, Maeve feels called to add back into her life her first love: music, singing and teaching.
When she moved to Nevada County, she sang with Music in the Mountains chorus under Maestro Paul Perry, and later under Ken Hardin.
Maeve created the “Song Soirees” for classical singers of all levels at the Miner’s Foundry in Nevada City, as an opportunity for singers to have the opportunity to learn and practice performance skills. She was later asked by Maestro Perry to collaborate with him, continuing the Song Soirees at the Grass Valley Center for the Arts.
Maeve started studying classical voice at age 17, although she knew she could sing at the age of 8. Maeve has been a professional singer and performer for many years. Her varied repertoire includes opera, recitals, music theatre, acting and standup comedy.
She created her own Singing Telegram company in the Bay Area, where she discovered a natural talent for comedy, including an ability to create a safe space for people to laugh and play with her.
Maeve was a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing in San Francisco for 15 years and participated in their master classes in vocal and performance master classes, both attending and teaching.
She began teaching voice in Mendocino, where she was soloist in a Puccini Opera, “Suor Angelica,” and two Menotti Operas. She also premiered an original music theatre version of “Through the Looking Glass,” written for her.
In 1973 Maeve moved to San Francisco from Mendocino, where she pursued an intense study of opera for 11 years. She was soloist for the Mozart Requiem in San Francisco.
Maeve’s first voice teacher, Rosa Raisa, premiered the first performance of Puccini’s opera, “Turandot,” under the direction of Arturo Toscanini. Her last teacher, Blanche Thebom, was a world renowned diva with the Metropolitan Opera, and head of the Merola Opera Program for the San Francisco Opera.

Practice makes perfect when it comes to learning Astrology, so frequently reading charts is the best way to gain experience and understanding.
The purpose of this group is to learn though dialog, sharing and gaining perspective by reviewing each others’ charts. This group is for those with a basic knowledge at a beginner-advanced level. (Please bring your own chart and the charts of others for comparison. If you don’t have your chart we will print one on site.)

A Master Astrologer with more than 25 years experience, Linda Kaye holds a B.A. in Astrological Arts and Sciences from Kepler College in Seattle. She teaches workshops and classes and leads seasonal events timed to planetary happenings, while maintaining a busy astrological practice conducting client sessions in person, by phone and through Skype.
A member of the American Federation of Astrologers, she also serves as vice president of the Sacramento National Council of Geocosmic Research (NCGR). She received her early training under the guidance of Jeffrey Green, the founder of Evolutionary Astrology, and Ingrid Naiman, a leading medical astrologer. Linda is also the editor of the acclaimed Mountain Astrologer, the world’s most recognized and respected Western astrology journal (produced in our very own Grass Valley!).
