Conscious connected breathing, or breathwork, is a modality of self-realization. Our quality of breathing is a reflection of our state of mind in any given moment. Our breathing patterns also reflect how we hold life, how we respond to the imprints of our life experiences. In consciously connected breathing, we begin to feel— with just a brief re-patterning of the breath cycle — to what extent our relationship with our breath is related to our level of consciousness. This isn’t yoga. This isn’t therapy. This isn’t meditation. This doesn’t come from a plant. This is a numinous experience with your breath.

Rhea completed her first Conscious Connected Breathwork training in 2014. Since then, she has assisted in the facilitation of Teacher Trainings and Breath Circles under the close mentorship of her teacher, Robin Clements. Her offering is non-denominational and rooted in metta or loving kindness. Through her facilitation, she intends to create a heart-centered space in which the breather can safely surrender to the divine intelligence of this simple yet powerfully healing tool.
