Event Details

We will joyfully invite cosmic energy to flood our body cells and the world through our personal transformation by engaging in the practices of Yogananda’s Energization Exercises, Yoga with Affirmations for each pose, a deep and often guided Savasana, and Meditation.

Event Price – Sliding Scale: $10 to $20

Classes are held every Wednesday and the first, third and fifth Saturday.

Courtney Mikulichek, Martha O’Hehir and Stacie Reveles

Courtney Mikulicheck is certified (RYT200) by The Ananda School of Yoga and Meditation under the direction of Melody Hansen, YACEP. She was called to Ananda Yoga in 2022 due to its gentle nature and ability to promote higher awareness. She looks forward to sharing Level One Ananda style yoga with newcomers of all ages, people with limited ranges of motion, and people 50 years and older. She currently teaches in Colfax, Nevada City, and online. Martha O'Hehir is an ordained interfaith eco-chaplain who first discovered the benefits of spiritual yoga in 1968. Her yoga certifications include Hatha (Iyengar) Yoga, Yin Yoga (Paul Grilley), Vinyasa Flow, and GaiaYoga. In the practices of Yoga for Higher Consciousness, a less strenuous, more affirming and spiritual form of yoga, the body, mind, and spirit are transformed in positive ways. This is ideal yoga practice for anyone, but is especially accessible for beginners and for those in the last third of life because of the physical, spiritual, and psychological benefits it promotes.
