In class we’ll breathe together a breath routine that will be inspired by your requests. We will start with a soft stretch and come into the body. When we are grounded and warmed up you will be guided through 3 or 4 breath breathing exercises, followed by guided meditation.
We will have some time to share or you can take notes about your experience and/or revelations.
Breathing with awareness is a very powerful tool for supporting the innate balancing system of our body, which inevitably urges towards equilibrium and health.
With this practice you can create a healing environment and start a momentum for a very good habit to breathe intentionally.

Tatiana comes from a multinational background, culturally and geographically, and in her work, she meets the universal that is within you. Tatiana’s desire is to introduce as many people as she can to their own wisdom and sanctuaries of their body so they can be more authentic, healthier and awakened to the deeper truth of their being.
In her sessions Tatiana shares a combination of healing modalities that she learned and integrated throughout 25 years and practiced for over a decade. She is a certified Energy Science Practitioner from BBSH (4 year program, BS). Tatiana is working with multi-dimensional human expression in its wholeness – physical, energetical, spiritual levels and intentionality. She also studied Craniosacral work, Breathwork and Breathwork Facilitator (certified with AoB, 400 hours program), Reiki, Somatic practices, Meditation and NVC (Non-Violent Communication).
