Art is a pathway for spiritual wisdom and self-discovery. In this workshop participants are guided through an active self-awareness meditation of their inner landscape by drawing what is within and placing it on paper. We will explore our emotional language visually and use bilateral drawing techniques to activate both hemispheres of the brain and enter flow states for healing and regeneration. Please bring your own sketchbook to this workshop.
