Event Details

What gives you life? Is there something holding you back from living the life you’re really capable of? Face 2 Face events are full-on fun, highly experiential deep-dives into awareness, self-exploration through expanded states of consciousness created in dyads, and active meditations to unlock life-force energy. As with all Trauma 2 Health events and retreats, the intention is to transform adversity and struggle into fuel for growth and awakening.

What it is:
– A safe, supportive environment for self-exploration and authentic communication.
-A practice of deeply seeing and listening to others.
-A helpful adjunct for recovery, trauma therapies,  or meditation practices.
-A very powerful awareness practice.

What it isn’t:
-Philosophy.
-Tough love.
-Therapy.
-Advice.

The value you’ll receive is to:
-Unlock and reclaim energy wasted in unconscious survival responses.
-Increase the ability to connect with self and others.
-Build greater capacity for handling chaotic and stressful situations.
-Increase your ability to track inner-body sensations, which is a key to meditation and emotional self-regulation.

The short story is that I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP)™, as well as a licensed massage therapist in California and Hawaii. Additionally, I have flown as an airline Captain for several foreign airlines in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Central America, and Turkey. For two years I was living and working as a training Captain in India. It was during this time that I learned some of the most profound and transformational techniques included in my events. For the full story of all the twists and turns that led to the development of my offerings, please see “My Journey” at trauma2health.com.
