Join the Inner Path staff each morning from 9:00 to 10:00 AM for an hour of calm meditation. For this event we assume you already know how to meditate and are joining us to support each other’s effort. People of all faiths and practices of an inward form of meditation are welcome.

If you need meditation instruction, please inform the meditation leader. We will be happy to assist.

The general format for the meditation period includes:
A few minutes of stretching;
Quiet meditation;
A guided visualization and chanting Om for personal and global healing.
