Apply the tools of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda to support your recovery. The benefits of yoga on the body, mind, and spirit include:

* Reducing chronic pain and inflammation
* Increasing body awareness
* Regulating the nervous system
* Strengthening the connection with your Higher Power
* Relieving stress, anxiety, and depression
* Sharpening attention and focus

Open to anyone actively working a 12-step program with a desire to heal. No yoga experience required. The intention is to make this series available for anyone interested regardless of financial means. Sliding scale/scholarships available. Nila is a certified Ananda Yoga® Instructor since 2011 and has participated and served in a 12-step recovery program since 2016. Her desire to support those in recovery by applying the tools and techniques of yoga, meditation and Ayurveda inspired her latest offering, Recovery + Yoga.
