Shimshai returns to Inner Path, Nevada City CA for another Winter Solstice Celebration bringing you a unique blend of sacred world, acoustic reggae and mystic folk music infused with original and traditional wisdom and uplifting lyrics of truth. Join us on a journey of sound as we chant and sing together ancient mantras and prayers and continue to raise up the vibration into ecstatic moments of dance and celebration!
MJ GreenMountain of Hamsa Lila recognition brings his own perspective on sacred world music, based on a lifetime of real world experience, musical and cultural immersion, and extensive travels. Shimshai & MJ share 20 years of life and music together, sure to create a wonderful platform from which to lift off this Solstice night!
Joined by our good brother Chad Wilkins for a sweet heart opening set of his own original music to start off the night.

Shimshai is an international performing artist drawing inspiration from many different genres including reggae, folk, and sacred traditional music to create a style that is uniquely his own and has influenced many other artists. He has collaborated with musicians such as Jai Uttal, Wah & Snatam Kaur, and opened for legends such as Joan Baez, to name a few. Shimshai is a festival favorite often performing for thousands of people. His fans span the globe and this has brought him to perform throughout the Americas, Europe & Australia.
