A guided restorative session to break free from the stress of the noisy and restless world that maintains its presence into our bodies and minds at all times. This class will allow you to take the time to let all the cells of your physical body, joints and organs de-stress and begin to find balance. The result occurs on an unconscious level as your bodily systems become healthy, balanced and refreshed. You will then be ready to sit quietly for the final 15 minutes in the practice of contemplative meditation.

Daya began exploring Eastern Healing Practices And Yoga traditions 8 years ago, when she first traveled to Mystical India. She took her first yoga class in Rishikesh, next to The Beatles pilgrimage Ashram. Soon after that, the interest to learn about body, mind, emotions and the cultivation of the heart, led her to study Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory of the 5 Elements and Japanese Healing Techniques. She completed the 200 Life of a Yogi TT and 500 Life of a Yogi TT with Sri Dharma Mittra in New York City.
Yoga is a state of mind, a way of life and a powerful transformational tool through which we can cultivate kindness, compassion and love towards all living beings. Our emotions affect our body and mind, and our mind affects the spirit. Using movement, yoga postures and other practices can help release and balance blocked and stagnated energy and create a positive upward momentum.
