Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

We suggest comfortable clothing that allows for free movement; shoe are removed before entering the yoga studio. Please refrain from using highly scented body products or perfumes before coming to class.

What should I bring?

You may want to bring a personal yoga mat and water bottle; if you don’t have a personal yoga mat, we have them available to borrow in the studio. Please leave cell phones and other electronic devices outside the studio and have them switched off or turned to “silent” mode.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first visit  to complete our liability waiver and familiarize yourself with the space; arriving 5-10 minutes before class on subsequent visits is appreciated.

Do I need to come to class on an empty stomach?

We suggest that you refrain from eating at least one hour before class, but every body is different! If you do need to eat before class, a light, easily digested snack, such as fruit or a smoothie, will cause less distraction during your practice than a heavier meal.
