We will use intention, breath, and meditation to explore all aspects of yoga in a traditional sense, and walk the subtle path that leads us inward. Students will be invited to surrender and presence themselves in way that cultivates inner peace and connection with the divine. Each class will have inner reflections and themes for different aspects of our lives. This class will include pranyama(breathing exercises), Asanas (physical poses), Samadhi (meditation) as well as occasional mantra or chanting.

Bri has trained in Advanced Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy, and Pranic Crystal Healing. Through this healing modality, she has cured herself of countless ailments and it is now her mission to alleviate others’ suffering with this miraculous healing technique. In June of 2015, she received Rebirthing Training with Leonard Orr, the founder of Rebirthing, and now utilizes this transformational breathwork in individual sessions. Bri also completed Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training in India in 2013. Sivananda yoga is a classical form of yoga characterized by chanting, pranayama, sun salutations, and 12 basic postures.
When Bri first decided to become a yoga teacher, she desired to study a form of yoga that had an emphasis on the spiritual side of yoga. In February of 2010, Bri completed her teacher’s training course in Sivananda Yoga, at Yoga Chakra School in India. A portion of her curriculum outside of Asana practice, was dedicated to studying the Bhagavad Gita, doing daily pranayama and Samadhi. The peace and stillness she found in these deeper aspects of Yoga is something she feels inspired to share in her classes. She has been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaches from a foundation of sivananda and other forms of Hatha. She currently offers private yoga sessions and one public class at Inner Path.

We will use intention, breath, and meditation to explore all aspects of yoga in a traditional sense, and walk the subtle path that leads us inward. Students will be invited to surrender and presence themselves in way that cultivates inner peace and connection with the divine. Each class will have inner reflections and themes for different aspects of our lives. Bri has trained in Advanced Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy, and Pranic Crystal Healing. Through this healing modality, she has cured herself of countless ailments and it is now her mission to alleviate others’ suffering with this miraculous healing technique. In June of 2015, she received Rebirthing Training with Leonard Orr, the founder of Rebirthing, and now utilizes this transformational breathwork in individual sessions. Bri also completed Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training in India in 2013. Sivananda yoga is a classical form of yoga characterized by chanting, pranayama, sun salutations, and 12 basic postures.
When Bri first decided to become a yoga teacher, she desired to study a form of yoga that had an emphasis on the spiritual side of yoga. In February of 2010, Bri completed her teacher’s training course in Sivananda Yoga, at Yoga Chakra School in India. A portion of her curriculum outside of Asana practice, was dedicated to studying the Bhagavad Gita, doing daily pranayama and Samadhi. The peace and stillness she found in these deeper aspects of Yoga is something she feels inspired to share in her classes. She has been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaches from a foundation of sivananda and other forms of Hatha. She currently offers private yoga sessions and one public class at Inner Path.
